Q: How does AskBRAM.com work?
A: The process is simple and can be broken into a few steps:
1) You submit a research request by clicking here, or by clicking "open ticket" on the main page.
2) After submitting your request you will receive an automated email that will give you instructions on how to edit your request or track progress.
3) An AskBRAM.com staff member will review your request and send you an email to notify you that your request is being processed. If we need more information from you in order to accurately process your request, we will request it from you during this stage.
4) Your research request is completed. You will receive an email from a member of our staff with instructions on how to order your results.
5) After clicking the order link in the email, you will be directed to Paypal where you can purchase your results on their secure server. After completing payment with Paypal, you will be automatically directed to Payloadz.com to securely download your results.
Q: What type of research do you perform?
A: If it's publicly available on the internet, we can find it. From locating resources for an academic research paper, to finding a vintage commercial on YouTube, there is no task too big or small.
Q: If I purchase research, what will I receive?
A: We will provide you with a file that has direct links to the information you're seeking.
Q: Do I need special software to view the results?
A: All you need is a web browser, our results are sent as a webpage with clickable links by default. If you would like to receive your results in some other format (text document, word document, pdf file, etc.), please let us know so we can accomodate your request.
Q: How much does this service cost?
A: This service currently costs $4.99 per link.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We use Paypal as our payment gateway. We can accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, eCheck, and Paypal.
Q: Is there a limit to how many results I can request in one order?
A: Yes, you may request up to 5 links at a time.
Q: What if I need more than 5 links?
A: If you still need more research after the initial 5 links, you may open another request (be sure to include your original request # in your additional requests).
Q: How do I know how many links to request?
A: Unless you need multiple sources (research papers, etc), you usually only need to request 1 link. If we think you may have requested too many sources in error, we'll follow up with you for confirmation.
Q: What if you can't find the information I need?
A: If we can't find it, you don't pay. If there's a situation where you ordered 5 links, but we could only find 3, we'll give you the option to just purchase the 3 links at the reduced price.
Q: What if I'm not happy with the research I have purchased?
A: We hope that never happens, but if it does, we will work with you to insure you receive the results you need. If that doesn't work for you, we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
Q: How long will it take to receive my results?
A: We work requests on a first come, first serve basis. Our normal business hours are 6:00AM - 10:00PM CST, seven days a week. You should have a response within 2-3hrs of your request during normal business hours.
Q: Why do you need my name and email address?
A: Our system requires a valid email address in order to work. We only request a name for personalization of our emails, if you feel uncomfortable giving us your full name, you can just give us your first name. We respect your privacy, we will never release your information to anyone. We will only use your email address to contact you during your order process.
